Agenda: Disability State-of-the-State
Our campus disability community has grown significantly in size and activity over the last 4 years. On April 25, from 5-7pm, DAC will host a disability state-of-the-state where community members can come together and hear summaries of disability programs and projects from their leads. There will then be a Q & A for the attendees. In this way we hope to familiarize and update our community members regarding the disability related resources and opportunities available to them. It will be hybrid (DCCC/Zoom option), there will be snacks and drinks.
In addition, we will provide attendees with a program/project descriptions document created by program and project leads. You can review our draft agenda for details. We will provide a final when we have confirmation regarding the final presenter list.
Captioning will be provided at this event. If you require an accommodation for effective communication (ASL interpreting, alternative media formats, etc.) to fully participate in this event, please contact Donna Lee at donnal@berkeley.edu with as much advance notice as possible and at least 7-10 days in advance of the event.
Please register for this event by Thursday, 4/20/23 so we can get a headcount.
Hope you can join us!
