Crystal Hac is a third-year Architecture major and Sustainable Design minor at UC Berkeley. As a first-generation Vietnamese American student, she is passionate about creating equitable, accessible, and welcoming environments through design and planning. Her interests center on the intersection of sustainability, accessibility, and the natural environment, with a focus on integrating thoughtful design practices to create more resilient communities.
As a Built Environment Student Assistant, Crystal supports campus accessibility initiatives by assisting the architectural and physical aspects of accessibility, helping to create a more navigable campus environment. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time in nature through hiking and camping, as well as expressing her creativity through fashion, sewing, playing the guitar, and journaling.
