On October 17, 2023, DAC and HAAS hosted a panel discussion "504 to 2024: UC Berkeley & the History and Future of Disability Advocacy Here and Abroad" on opportunities for graduate students at Berkeley to work on UN related civil society building focused on disability.

  • Victor Pineda, President and Founder of The Victor Pineda Foundation | World Enabled 
  • Katrina Koski; Director of Diversity and Inclusion at HAAS
  • Andy King; Director of the Disabled Students Advocacy Project at UC Berkeley's Graduate Assembly and a second-year doctoral student in English and Critical Theory working on disability studies and cultural history
